SANTA LUCIA - medium roast
This locally roasted, Arabica coffee is sourced direct trade from Santa Lucia, Honduras via Coastal Coffee Co. Fredy Ochoa grew up with his family on the property where they farmed various food items until 2012. His mother passed away and he inherited a portion of the farm and planted 200 coffee trees on it - adding more with every passing year
It is a washed process with notes of caramel and honey.
250g = approximately 30 cups of coffee
500g = approximately 60 cups of coffee
1kg = approximately 120 cups of coffee
* number of cups varies depending on strength of coffee and size of cup (espresso will yield less cups)

At Wild Ginger Coffee, we roast our coffee as it is ordered so you get optimal quality and flavour.
Once we receieve your order, you will recieve an email from us with the pick up date for your coffee.
